10 Essential Beauty Products for Travel

Swimming, tanning, traveling and relaxing? That’s what summer is all about! But with the summer heat you have to remember to protect your skin. I have been traveling to different cities this month and these are some beauty essentials that I would suggest to bring with you on a vacation! It will leave you feeling and looking good as you roam around on your vacation adventures.

1.) Sunscreen

With the summer heat beating down on your skin, you better make sure your skin is protected! It is crucial to have sunscreen as a part of your routine, especially if you will be out in the sun all day. Sunscreen will protect your skin from the harmful rays that can cause skin damage (i.e. wrinkles, sunburn,and skin cancer! ). A great sunscreen that I would recommend is the Shiseido Ultimate Sun Protection Lotion.

2.) Waterproof Mascara

It’s a given that you will sweat in this summer heat! To ensure that you won’t end up with makeup running down your face, opt for waterproof mascara! You can check out Dior Show Mascara if you’re in the market for a new one.

3.) Lip & Cheek Stain

This will double as your lipstick and blush so you can pack lighter! Since you will be out having an adventure you don’t have time to reapply your lipstick. Use a lip stain for a more long lasting stay. I suggest Benefit’s Benetint for a good natural color for all skin tones!

4.) Eye Brow Gel

8.) Lip Balm 

As sunscreen is used to protect skin, lip balm is used to protect your lips. For those kissable lips, make sure to use a lip balm to keep your lips hydrated. An added bonus would be to have SPF because your lips need protection from the sun too! My favorite lip balm is the Dior Addict Lip Balm!

9.) Nail Polish

If you can have fun in the summer, why can’t your nails? A bright color nail polish will instantly dress up your summer outfits. Butter London Nail Lacquer has really pretty shades for you to pick from.

10.) Makeup Remover Wipes

Makeup remover wipes are an easy way to take off makeup after a long and tiring day of site seeing. This eliminates the hassle of having to bring a travel size bottle of remover plus cotton pads.
